Refund Policy

The Writing Services provide refund services for their clients. These services are only eligible for those clients, who face these situations:

If the client provides a complete and right brief of assignment and proper guidelines according to their need, but our writer and team member do not provide services according to the client’s need in at least 5 revisions, in this case client shall be eligible for a refund.
In case a deadline for the submitted assignment provided by the client is missed by our writer, in that case, the client shall be eligible for a refund
Eligible for refund clients shall be mandatory to share a detailed, comprehensive & legit feedback report. this report will be audited by our audit team to confirm the eligibility of refund

If the brief and sample documents provided by clients are incomplete or incorrect, in that case client shall not be eligible for a refund.
In case the client does not use our provided work.
In case the client makes changes to the work completed and shared by our writer, in this case also client shall not be eligible for a refund.
In case the feedback provided by the client related to the assignment completed by our writers, includes changes in the requirement/initial scope after the work is done. For additional/changes according to client requirements, additional costs will be charged and we will not be responsible for the outcome in case the additional payment is not made for the redo.
In case the client does not respond to our messages and does not solve queries, which results in a delay.
In case the client changes his mind after a few hours of placing the order, there is not be amount refund
